Where do I find my capture address?

Log into Steadwell, go to the My Home tab, and open the Email Inbox card in your Home Toolbox. Your unique capture address is shown at the top with a copy button.

Does every property get its own address?

Yes — each property you track in Steadwell gets its own unique capture address. Forwarded emails are automatically routed to the correct property.

What happens after I forward an email?

The email lands in your Email Inbox as a pending capture. We send you an email to let you know, one at a time so a busy day doesn’t fill your inbox. Then you review the AI-extracted details in the app before saving.

Can I forward bills automatically?

Yes. Add a rule in Gmail or Outlook that sends only the senders you choose, such as your utility company, to your capture address. Steadwell walks you through it in your Email Inbox. Everything still waits for your review.

Is the email capture secure?
